John Fratinardo | Engineer
Okay, so as far as the left-brain side of The Poggio Studios goes, we’ll defer to John. He’s a Mechanical Design Engineer with a pretty stunning background of in the aviation and aerospace and bicycle industries. John is an Aerospace Design Engineer at Boeing with the F/A-18 Hornet wing structures team, creating 3D models from original 2D F-18 and T45 platforms. From two wings to two wheels. John is an expert bicycle mechanic who puts his engineering to use.

Ashley comes to us as an account service coordinator with a strong background in client services and social media. In addition, she is a professional cyclist riding on the LA Sweat team and an experienced personal trainer working in the health wellness and fitness industry. She is skilled in Exercise Physiology, Cycling, Strength and Conditioning, Customer Service, and Research. Ashley is a strong community and social services professional with a Master’s Degree focused on Human Performance.

Jason Watkins | Videography/Photography
Jason came to us with a ridiculously deep knowledge of and experience in the two-wheeled industries. From owning a bicycle shop to working at the top level of the sport as a certified mechanic, Jason’s soared with us, stepping up to help Poggio Studios grab some really cool opportunities. Lately, he’s been shooting photos and videos on the professional motorcycle racing circuit, while managing social media accounts for riders and teams.

Sean Thurman | Event Marketing
Sean facilitates all technical and operational aspects of events, which include course design and creation of course maps. Coordinate all logistical aspects of events with local Police and government officials, including permitting, safety resources, emergency response plans, and traffic control plan and execution. Understand project goals for events and develop plans and work schedules that will achieve them. Develop a collaborative environment with key stakeholders and communities along with local government entities - sponsors and customers, spectators and viewers, civic partners and volunteers - in order to optimize results, safety and experience for the participant and community alike.
